In one scene we see Michael working in a lab with Taraji and Sweet Pea. Michael had worked with Taraji before when he was an inventor. They both then went on to form their own company. One of the inventions they created was a device that produced a chemical that would allow the brain of a newborn to travel into the body of a full grown adult. This would allow them to get more information from the brain without using rods and electrodes.
Michael then went on to work with Sweet Pea and another member of the team named Ving Rhames. The team got a new member named Jaxam who is from a rich family. Michael and Ving then had to go on a mission to find and kill a man called Lord Jesus Christ.
The movie ends with Michael and Ving Rhames travelling to a remote island. There they find the man called Lord Jesus. They then go back to the mainland and continue with their mission. During the course of the movie we learn that Michael and Ving Rhames become friends. The two of them then go on a trip together and they end up in a shack in the middle of nowhere.
In the end Michael, Sweet Pea and Ving Rhames all return to the mainland and are happily together. Throughout the movie we see the characters develop and change. We see Michael and Taraji develop a strong friendship while at the same time we also see the other members of the team struggle with their personal lives. In the end it is clear that the whole reason for the mission was to see if Michael and Taraji were going to get along.
