An animal fair is going on in Pushkar, Rajasthan. Many types of animals come for sale in it. Although this fair is famous for camels and horses, this time a native cow is becoming the most famous. This cow is Punganur. You can call it the smallest cow in the world. This is a native breed of cow that is prominently raised in South India. A big campaign is also going on to save it, which got further strength when Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a video and gave information about this cow.
The biggest feature of this cow that came to the Pushkar fair is that it can be raised in less space and at less cost, while it gives good milk. You do not need extra space or hard work to raise this cow. You can also keep it in any room of the house or the courtyard behind the house. In South India, it is kept in the house like a family member. Even this cow can be seen roaming around comfortably in the house. Children can be seen playing with it.
