“Fear: The Movie” is a disturbing and well thought out look at the many dangers that can be found in the world today. The film industry is not what it once was. Many movies are made and produced with very little attention paid to quality and many are filled with terrible language, violence, sexual content, and other things that should never be seen by anyone under the age of 18. This is not what horror movies are about. In fact, this movie exemplifies many aspects of the great genre.
There are many things that you should consider when watching ” Fear: The Movie.” First of all, there is the obvious concern for your safety as a parent. Did you know that approximately one out of every ten kids has been or will be abducted during the course of their lives? Many times, parents are not even sure if their children have run away or been found. The Internet makes it extremely easy to find out this information. If your child has ever said they were going somewhere or that they had a feeling that someone was dangerous, there is a very good chance that they have been abducted.
When you make an informed decision about your kids, you are taking every precaution necessary. You may decide that you do not want to allow your child to see any films that have violence in them. However, there are many scary films available on DVD today that parents should not avoid. The trick is to be a bit selective. Once you have watched a few of these films, you may find that you enjoy them and do not want to stop watching them.
If you choose to watch “The Exorcist,” make sure that you do not get the entire movie. Some of the scenes are not appropriate for young viewers and you may find yourself cringing at the things the priests are saying. Fortunately, many of the scenes do not translate well to the youngest viewers so most of the movie is actually appropriate for the A-list crowd anyway. If you enjoy “The Exorcist,” make sure that your child understands this before showing the film to them.
There are some other horror films on DVD that parents should avoid showing to their children. One of the most frightening films of the last decade is ” Freddy Kruger.” This film is not for the faint of heart and many kids who see it may be too frightened to see it again. Another film that is certainly not for the faint of heart is “Point Break.” These two films are not meant for all ages but some parents do not think they are scary enough. No matter what type of film you choose, you can be sure that some of the characters and scenes are truly frightening.
Not only are some of the horror films on DVD scary, but many of the best movies of the last decade have been released on DVD. ” Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,” ” Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Face,” and “The Pursuit of Happyness” are all available on DVD and have proven to be very successful movies. They are entertaining and will help parents and children stay awake until the end of the film.
The “Scream” series is a very popular series for both DVD and VHS. The first film in the series, “Scream” is very exciting for both parents and children. The series has grown so much since its release and now incorporates a storyline involving teenage girls. This may be a good choice for parents who want to show their children how teenage love can be so powerful.
The Internet is a great place for people to find information about movies and scary movies. A quick search on the Internet will turn up many results. You may also be able to buy DVD’s of older horror flicks. While they may not be as scary, they can be just as entertaining to watch. It is also nice to have a collection of classic horror movies around the house for when your children are watching a movie together.
