The feeling of being in a forest environment is amazing. I would always love to be surrounded by cute forest creatures. If you see rabbits, tiny deer, cute raccoons, squirrels, foxes, hedgehogs, baby bears, tiny ducks and many other animals – just sign me up, trust me, I am always up for such things. So I was over the moon when I came across this Instagram account that features felted animals with different looks.
Incredibly Realistic Felt Animals by Talented Russian Artist!
These cute little animals are created by Russian artist Yulia Derevshchikova using a unique felting technique made from wool. The result is both extremely practical and almost supernatural at the same time. These felted animals will stun you and make you feel like you have entered a fairy tale world. Obviously, Disney must be jealous in this case.
This kind of painting takes a lot of time, passion and determination. It takes Yulia about 20 hours to make one animal and it’s interesting how she makes the elements look like real living animals.
Yulia has gathered more than 100k fans on Instagram and now has her own online shop where you can buy one of her cute felted animals to make your home look like the jungle of your dreams.
